The Public Private Partnership Support Facility (PSF) is a not-for-profit public-sector company, fully owned by the Government of Sindh and registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017.
PSF is seeking to hire a qualified and competent professional for the following position:
The Assistant Manager Finance will support the Finance Department in diverse financial and administrative functions. These include:
Budget preparation and monitoring
Accounting and bookkeeping
Treasury management
Financial reporting and reconciliations
Taxation and payroll management
Fixed asset management
Coordination with internal and external auditors
Ensuring accurate maintenance of financial records in line with PSF policies and procedures

Candidates must possess:
Part qualification from a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP / ICMAP / ACCA, etc.)
OR
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution
Applicants should have:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, or audit
Strong command of financial systems, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of public sector financial procedures (preferred, but not mandatory)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Preparing budgets, financial statements, bank reconciliations, payroll, tax calculations, and vendor payments
Maintaining accounting books, chart of accounts, and fixed asset registers
Coordinating with internal and external auditors
Preparing Management Information System (MIS) and regulatory reports as required
