Position Title: Assistant – Legal Department
Location: Islamabad
Vacancy Type: Merit-based (01 Position)

?? Minimum Qualification

LLB or LLM from an HEC-recognized and reputable university/institute.

Must be enrolled as an Advocate in a court of law.

?? Minimum Work Experience

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in a legal role.

?? Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist the Legal Department in a variety of legal and regulatory tasks, including:

Conducting legal research on issues related to law and regulation.

Providing advisory support on legal matters relevant to the organization.

Drafting of regulatory notices, legal orders, and internal/external communications.

Drafting and/or vetting laws, rules, and regulations relevant to AOB’s mandate.

Assisting AOB’s engaged legal counsel in legal proceedings.

Acting as authorized representative or public prosecutor, where applicable.

Providing legal support during inquiries and inspections conducted by AOB.

Handling any additional tasks assigned by the Legal Department or Management.
