WASA Bahawalpur invites applications / walk-in interviews from suitable candidates for the following posts on a daily wage basis for a period of 85 days, purely on a temporary basis.

Available Positions

1. Assistant Director (Engg.) / Graduate Engineer (Civil)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • BSc in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university

    • Valid PEC registration required

    • Preference will be given to candidates having relevant field experience

2. Sub Engineer

  • No. of Posts: 04

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • 03-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE)

    • Recognized by PBTE/TEVTA

    • Preference for candidates with relevant experience

3. Junior Computer Operator

  • No. of Posts: 02

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • BCS (14 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university

    • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience

4. Sanitary Workers / Sewer Men

  • No. of Posts: 20

  • Requirement:

    • Physically fit

Terms & Conditions

  1. Appointments are purely temporary on daily wages for 85 days. Selected candidates will not have any right to claim permanent employment in any court of law. Services may be terminated at any stage without prior notice or reason.

  2. No additional service benefits will be admissible.

  3. Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications and relevant experience.

  4. Applications will be received up to 02-03-2026 (during office hours) at:

  5. Test & Interview Schedule:

    • Sr. No. 01 to 03: 04-03-2026 at 11:00 AM
      Venue: Office of Deputy Managing Director (Dev), WASA Bahawalpur, near Welcome Chowk, Railway Road, Bahawalpur.

    • Sr. No. 04: 05-03-2026 at 11:00 AM
      Venue: Office of Deputy Director (Engg.), WASA Bahawalpur, near Baghdad Police Station, BDA Complex, Bahawalpur.

      • Candidates for Sanitary Worker/Sewer Man must appear for field assessment (sewer cleaning work) one day before the interview.

  6. Interested candidates must appear for walk-in test/interview with:

    • Updated CV

    • One set of attested copies of documents

    • Original documents

    • CNIC

    • Domicile

  7. Only candidates holding Punjab domicile with valid CNIC are eligible.

  8. Maximum age limit for all posts: 40 years.

  9. Wages will be paid as per Government of Punjab notified daily wage rates.

  10. The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

  11. No TA/DA will be admissible.
