Job Vacancy: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA)

NADRA Headquarters is seeking a dynamic and experienced legal professional for its regional operations in Lahore. The recruitment is being conducted under the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002.

Core Responsibilities & Skills

  • Legal Frameworks: Support the drafting and revision of rules, regulations, and government-approved frameworks.

  • Compliance: Implement compliance frameworks for data protection, privacy, and security.

  • Research: Conduct legal analysis on national and international laws impacting NADRA.

  • Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor adherence to requirements and assist in risk assessments.

  • Collaboration: Work with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure policy alignment.

  • Drafting: Prepare legal opinions, reports, recommendations, and legal documents for senior management.

  • Expertise: Requires a strong understanding of Pakistani laws regarding citizenship, registration, and data privacy.
