WE ARE HIRING

NADRA Pakistan invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals under the provisions of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002 (Regulations 9, 10 & 11) for the following positions.

Available Positions

1. Assistant Director (System Administrator)

  • Age Limit: Maximum 37 Years
  • Job Location: Sargodha

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s (4 Years) in:
    • Computer Science
    • Information Technology
    • Software Engineering
    • Or equivalent HEC-recognized degree
  • Degrees must be attested by HEC

Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years relevant post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Manage and administer data center IT infrastructure
  • Ensure system availability through:
    • Performance monitoring
    • Backups
    • Patch management
    • Security compliance
  • Troubleshoot server and network issues (LAN / ToR switches)
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • Linux & Windows Server administration
    • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
    • TCP/IP networking
    • Information security principles

2. Deputy Superintendent (Technician – Data Center Facility)

  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years
  • Job Location: Sargodha

Educational Qualification:

  • DAE in:
    • Electrical
    • Electronics
    • Telecom
    • Or relevant field (recognized board)

Experience:

  • Minimum 08 years post-qualification experience in Data Center operations

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Operation and maintenance of critical data center infrastructure, including:
    • Power systems
    • Cooling systems
    • UPS, PDPM, SPMS, PDUs
    • Generators and HVAC systems
    • Fire suppression systems
    • CCTV and access control systems
  • Monitoring infrastructure using DCIM tools
  • Troubleshooting:
    • LT & ATS panels
    • Generator faults
    • HVAC and fire system issues
  • Provide 24/7 emergency support and incident response

General Terms & Conditions

  • Employment will be on contract basis with 6 months probation (extendable)
  • NADRA reserves the right to:
    • Cancel or modify recruitment at any stage
    • Accept or reject applications without reason
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview
  • False or misleading information will lead to disqualification
  • Government employees must provide NOC at the time of application
  • Age relaxation (5 years) is already included in the limit
