Vacancy Announcement: Regional Assistant Director Education

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department is seeking applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Regional Assistant Director Education. This appointment is being made under Rule-9 of the Pakistan Cantonments Servant Rules, 1954.

The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing and implementing educational policies and programs within the Cantt Public Educational Institutions (CPEIs) in the Karachi Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and regularly monitor education policies, programs, and development initiatives in CPEIs.

  • Supervise and provide strategic support to schools and educational skill development institutions.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with teachers, parents, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable insights to improve educational outcomes and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Possess a Master’s degree in Education or a related field from a recognized university.

  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in educational administration, teaching, or a related domain.

  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of educational laws, policies, and regulations in Pakistan.

  • Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Current principals serving in the Cantt Public Education System (CPES) on contract, who fulfill the above requirements, are also eligible to apply.
