The IELTS test fee in Pakistan is decided by the official test conducting bodies, British Council and IDP Education. The cost may vary slightly depending on the test format, location, and currency exchange rates.
IELTS Test Fee in Pakistan (2026)
- IELTS Academic & General Training (Computer/ Paper-based): PKR 62,000 – 65,000
- IELTS UKVI (Academic/General Training): PKR 67,000 – 70,000
- IELTS Life Skills (A1 & B1): PKR 48,000 – 50,000
Note:The exact fee is confirmed at the time of registration on the British Council or IDP Pakistan official website.
Additional IELTS Costs
Apart from the test registration fee, candidates may need to pay for the following (if required):
- Rechecking Fee (Enquiry on Results – EOR): Same as the test fee (refunded if score changes).
- TRF (Test Report Form) Additional Copy: Around PKR 2,000 – 3,000 per copy.
- Courier Charges for TRF: Extra if sending scores to universities abroad.
- Rescheduling Fee: Candidates may have to pay a rescheduling fee if they want to transfer their test date.
