IELTS Registration in Pakistan
Pakistani students can register for the IELTS test through two official testing partners:
- British Council Pakistan
- AEO Pakistan (Australian Education Office)
Both organizations conduct IELTS tests regularly across major cities and provide complete test services.
IELTS Test Registration through AEO Pakistan
AEO has offices in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi.
Candidates can either visit the office in person or register online through the official AEO Pakistan website.
A valid CNIC or Passport is required during the registration process.
IELTS Test Registration through British Council Pakistan
The British Council has test centers in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, and Hyderabad.
Candidates can register online through the official British Council website by filling in the form and uploading documents.
Some partner offices and test venues also assist with registrations across other cities.
Required Documents for IELTS Registration
When applying for IELTS, candidates must provide:
- A valid CNIC or Passport (clear scanned copy).
- Recent passport-sized photographs (without glasses, not older than 6 months).
- Payment of IELTS test fee (paid online via debit/credit card, or through designated bank deposit as per the instructions on the website).
Important Notes for Registration
- It is not compulsory to take an IELTS preparation course before registering, but practicing in advance is highly recommended.
- Registration should be done early to secure preferred dates and venues.
- Candidates must double-check the test type (Academic, General Training, UKVI, Life Skills) before final submission.
