The University of Sargodha is a large public university with the latest teaching facilities and modern research, well-equipped classrooms and laboratories, and a great assemblage of library material with an online approach to journals and books. The UOS admission system is based on merit-based criteria. All undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. disciplines have set eligibility criteria, and students are granted only admissions on a merit-based. University of Sargodha Admission Notice 2022

It is to inform you that the University of Sargodha has declared "Admissions 2022" in the different academic programs of Pharmacy and the Health Sciences (DPT & BS etc.) departments. The online Portal for the submission of application process will activate from 08-12-2022, whereas the last date for application submission is 27-12-2022. The US admission process is based on merit. The merit criteria vary from different department.

How to apply for admission

  • Candidates must download the application form for UOS admission 2022 online.

  • Attach the required document mentioned within the application form.

  • The fee receipt for the admittance form must be submitted along with the application form. 

  • Candidates are advised to fulfill the application requirements and fill out the form accurately, as incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  • You must have a mobile number, photograph, CNIC copy of the applicant, email, CNIC and their father, and copies of all documents before starting.

  • Register at the university's official email, www.admissions.su.edu.pk using your mobile number.

  • You are required to fill out your online application form. For application processing, a challan form worth Rs. 550 will be produced, which can be submitted to any branch of HBL. Then the candidate has to attach the scan copy of this submitted challan to the online application to complete the application submission.

  • Before the application's submission, you have to ensure that all essential information has been provided accurately because the candidate will not be able to correct their application once submitted.

  • The applicant needs to apply with a separate application form to apply for another program with the new processing fee.

  • After the closing date of admission application, program-wise master lists will be shown for three days to entertain data correction requests by candidate accounts. After three days, no correction would be entertained at any cost.

  • Successful candidates will be intimated via email, SMS, and the website portal (admissions.su.edu.pk).

  • At the time of admissions, the candidates must submit their original terminal degree/DMC, application form, copies of all academic testimonials, CNIC (applicant + father/guardian), and an affidavit (specimen available on the website) on stamp paper of minimum Rs. 50 at the relevant department.

  • The related department will make an enrolment fee challan form. After depositing the challan in any HBL branch, the departmental copy of this challan must be submitted in a linked department within the date stated on challan forms for approval of admission/enrolment. Separate admission notices will be published for admissions in Pharm-D and DPT disciplines.


Important Instructions regarding admission

  • Apply separately in every program to consider admission in more than one category.

  • Regular, foreign, elf-support, and overseas applicants are needed to apply online.

  • If there is any public holiday, the process will be completed on the next date.

  • Per rules and regulations, the vacant seats after the 3rd merit list will be completed on the next date.

  • There is no facility in the hostel.
