• Create a challan form of 3500 rupees through the portal of each program. 
• Submit your application form fee at any bank of Punjab branch before the deadline
• Upload the required documents and upload them carefully and also submit your paid challan form slip picture. 
• Verify your information and documentation and then do the final submission carefully before deadline

UHS Eligibility criteria 

Before applying for the UHS undergraduate program in the relevant field’s aspirants should meet these eligibility criteria given below 

• 60 percent or more marks are required to apply for undergraduate programs in UHS. Less than 60 percent marks will not be entertained.
• FSC pre-medical is necessary to do 
• Incomplete application form will be rejected immediately
• Admission will be strictly taken in open merit basis  
• Foreign applicants should submit their A-Levels or equivalent certificate issued by IBCC  

Format of UHS UGAT test 

The university of health sciences admission test (UGAT) is consists of total 100 Mcqs time allowed to solve these MCQS are 2 hours these MCQS are divided of four main parts 

• English (the part consists of 25 MCQS)
• Chemistry (the part consists of 25 MCQS)
• Biology (the part consists of 25 MCQS)
• Physics (the part consists of 25 MCQS)

Merit Calculation for Admissions

The weightage of marks will be calculated like following 

• Matriculation marks weightage: 10 percent 
• Intermediate Marks weightage: 40 percent 
• UHS UGAT test 2023: 50 percent
