The School Education Department has decided to create online profiles of the teachers. After creating the online profiles there is no need to keep the service books. The school education department will create the online profiles of 06 lacs teachers throughout Punjab. Once after starting online profiles the use of the service book will be finished. E-Profile will be accessible at the Human Resource Management System. Teachers’ pictures and documents will be uploaded to the online profile.
Implementations For Online Profiles
All schools will be provided desktops, scanners, UPS, and Table Chairs for the implementation of E-Profile. In the first phase, 11 districts will be provided with the relevant accessories. The selected districts will be allowed to get the accessories on 17th, 20th, and 21st July from PITB. Keep remembering that it has become a big challenge for the authorities to correct the data of the teachers. Various deadlines are suggested from the education department but the data is not documented yet. Currently, there is a need to correct the data of almost 30,000 teachers.
Instructions For Data Correction
The data of 205 schools, 08 authority personnel of schools, and the data of 89 retired teachers were incorrect. The school education department has addressed the authorities once again to correct the data. The last deadline for the correction of data was June 5th, 2020 and it was decided that if the correction would not make within the deadline then the action would be taken against the authorities.
On the school information system, the data of 3650 teachers is still incorrect. The education department has issued a list of all the unverified teachers. The School Education Department has announced that if the data would not be corrected then the salaries of the teachers will be delayed. Moreover, in case of delay in the data correction, there will be a strict action would be taken against the authorities.
