Registration deadline extended for Undergraduate Entry Test 2017

    Education Testing Council (ETC) of Higher Education Commission (HEC) has extended the deadline from July 12th, 2017 to July 17th, 2017 for the online registration of its Undergraduate Entry Test 2017.

    Educational testing council is the testing body of the government of Pakistan, established by higher education commission to hold standardized tests for the admission to universities.

    The governmental body is targeted at instituting a similar, accessible, as well as competitive assessment base for the admission to higher education educational institutes in the country.

    The entry tests conducted by education testing council will be totally free for all the students interested in getting admission in government and private sector universities.

    The result of every test will be valid for two years.

    Who Can Apply?

    The aspirants along with 12 years of education or equivalent and also the aspirants waiting for intermediate annual exams result are eligible to appear in the undergraduate entry test.

    The test is valid for the particular government and private sector universities whose names are available on the official website of higher education commission.

    The original NTS test was scrapped by the government.

    Education testing council was established to formulate a new entry test system for undergraduate students.

    Where to Register

    The candidates are required to register at The details regarding the test date, venue and time will be sent to the candidate through SMS after he get register at the link mentioned above.

    In case the candidate cannot register online he/she can head over to the regional office of the higher education commission located in Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore, Islamabad, Bahawalpur and Karachi.
