Lahore: University of the Punjab Hailey College of Banking and Finance (HCBF) as well as the Professionals and Accountancy Centre (PAC), set up under the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a varsity campus in Dubai.
Both the parties will mutually organize a training and skill development programme.

The memorandum of understanding signing ceremony was held in the committee room of the vice chancellor’s office.
As per the signed agreement, PAC Dubai will provide full support to HCBF to make a strategy for the setup of Punjab University campus in Dubai.
Both parties will mutually organize a capacity-building seminars as well as workshops in agreement along with the requirements of various industries, units as well as professions.

The Hailey College of Banking and Finance and Professionals and Accountancy Centre will also cooperate to establish a database to promote employment of HCBF graduates in Pakistan as well as abroad.
