University of the Punjab has announced the admissions for the academic session 2020-2021 in various disciplines for different programs. The university pronounced the admissions for Morning and Self Supporting (Afternoon/Replica/Evening) programs.

BSc (Hons) 

BS 

B.Ed 

BBIT 

BFA 

B.Com 

BBA 

MA 

M.Ed 

MSc 

MFA 

MIM

Eligibility Criteria for BS or Equivalent Programs

Candidates willing to get admissions in BS or equivalent programs at Punjab University must meet the given eligibility criteria:

Candidates having FA/FSc or equivalent qualification with at least 2nd division and age not more than 24 years are eligible to apply for admission in regular programs. 

The candidates having 3rd division in any previous exam are not eligible to apply for admission.

Candidates having FA/FSc or equivalent qualification with at least 2nd division are eligible for admission in Self-supporting, Replica, afternoon and evening programs. 

No candidate shall be admitted to a second or following Master’s degree or Law courses and undergraduate or equivalent in the university department.

Eligibility Criteria For MA/MSC/BBA (2 years) or Equivalent Programs   

Candidates willing to get admissions in MA/MSC/BBA or equivalent programs at Punjab University must meet the given eligibility criteria:

The candidates having B.A/B.Sc. or equivalent qualification with at least 2nd Division and age not more than 26 years are eligible for admission. 

The candidates having 3rd division in any previous exam are not eligible for admission. 

50 percent seats are reserved for graduates from Punjab University while rest of 50 percent will be filled on open merit basis.

There is no age limit for Self-Supporting, Replica, Afternoon as well as Evening programs.

No candidate shall be admitted to a second or following Master’s degree or Law courses and undergraduate or equivalent in the university department.

How to Apply

The online admission Form for Undergraduate or equivalent programs will be available at the official website of Punjab University from September 10th, 2020 till October 5th, 2020. All the candidates will be required to submit their forms within the given time frame. 

The challan form of Rs.500/-  will be required to deposit by the applicants in the given UBL or HBL accounts.

Incomplete application form in any respect will not be entertained and those who have not deposited fee.

Gujranwala and Jhelum Campuses will follow the same schedule as that of Main Campus, University of the Punjab.
