Punjab Police Announces Assistant Traffic Warden and Driver Constable Jobs 2020

Punjab Police has announced the vacant positions for 1000 Assistant Traffic Warden Jobs and 1000 Driver Constable Jobs. The department is inviting the applications from the eligible candidates for the Assistant Traffic Warden Jobs for (BPS-07) scale equivalent to (Traffic Constable) along with the allowances.

The candidates belonging to the below mentioned districts of Punjab are eligible to apply for Assistant Traffic Warden vacant positions.

Lahore
Rawalpindi
Faisalabad
Gujranwala
Multan

The candidates from all the districts of Punjab are eligible to apply for the positions of Driver Constables.

Those candidates who want to get additional numbers on the basis of family claims are needed to attach the documents related to their claims such as Pension book, Copy of Retirement Order etc. along with the application forms.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates fulfilling the given eligibility criteria are only eligible to apply for these posts.

Age Limit:

18 to 22 years (For Assistant traffic warden)
21 to 30 years (For Driver Constables)

Height:

At least 5’7 inches (For male candidates)
At least 5’2 inches (For female candidates)

Chest:

At least 33” 34”1/2 (For male candidates)

Domicile:

The candidates with domiciles of abovementioned regions are only eligible to apply for the posts.

Qualification:

HSSC/ Intermediate certificate (2nd Division) from recognized Board (For Assistant traffic warden)
SSC/ Matriculation certificate or equivalent (For Driver Constables)

Driving License (For Driver Constable):

LTV Driving License

Experience (For Driver Constable):

2 years’ experience after getting LTV driving license

Running Criteria:

For Male Candidates: 1.6 Kilometers in 7 Minutes
For Female Candidates: 1.6 Kilometers in 10 Minutes

Instructions for Candidates:

The candidates willing to apply Punjab Police Jobs on these available vacant posts can get the application forms from the related district police line by paying Rs 25/- (non-refundable).
The application forms will be available at the related police lines from October 12th, 2020 and can submit these forms along with the required documents (attested certificates) till October 26th, 2020.
