Parents kill Lahore school principal for scolding their son

Lahore: The principal of a school in Badami Bagh was supposedly murdered by the parents of a student on Monday after he scolded the child.

Rizwan Tanveer, who also lived in the school building, had scolded an aspirant named B* for not taking interest in his studies seriously and for misbehaving in his class.

This entire situation did not go down well along with the family of boy. On Monday, the parents entered into the school premises and started thrashing the principal and also his wife along with sticks.

The principal as well as his wife were severely injured and were shifted to a nearby hospital, where the man succumbed to injuries while his wife remains in hospital in dangerous condition.

The police have sent the victim’s body for the collection of forensic evidence and for the completion of other legal formalities.

Moreover, they have registered a case against Rashid, Sultan, along with two others on the complaint of victim’s brother-in-law, Nadeem.

Though, the police are conducting raids to arrest the suspects.
