Today on April 21st, 2020, the Pakistani nation is celebrating Iqbal’s 82nd death anniversary with a great traditional zeal to consider his contribution and services for demanding a separate homeland for Muslims of the subcontinent. Allama Muhammad Iqbal was a visionary poet and philosopher who with his poetry and philosophy gave the lesson of self-esteem to the Muslims of the subcontinent.
This was all the result of Allama Iqbal’s vision and poetry that he had implanted a new soul within the bodies of Muslims and they considered himself a separate nation and demanded a separate homeland for them.
A Brief Introduction Of Allama Muhammad Iqbal
Allama Muhammad Iqbal was born on November 09th, 1877 in Sialkot. He after getting his early education from his native place moved abroad to kill the thirst for higher education. On his return to his hometown, he considered that Muslims should have their own status and because of this reason he made Muslims one nation.
He made a lot of work in literature that is still using in the educational syllabus and for other literary purposes. His main literary work is included on Asrar-e-Khudi, Payam- i-Mashriq, Bang-i-Dara, Bal-i-Jibril, Zarb-i-Kalim, and Armughan-e-Hijaz.
Allama Muhammad Iqbal is not only famous in the subcontinent, India, and Pakistan. But, his poetry was translated into several other languages including Spanish, English, Japanese, Chinese and some other languages and are taught to the students for self-resilience.

Unfortunately, he did not taste the fruit of the plant he had planted and he died on April 21st, 2020. The contributions Iqbal has made to unite the nation and to make them able to follow the self-resilience will never forget anytime. Every year on the occasion of his death anniversary the whole of the nation shows the sad and sorrowful condition and pays tribute to him.
