LUMHS, MBBS & BDS Merit List 2019 for Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges in Sindh (Notification)

Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS), Jamshoro which is an Admitting University in Sindh has informed that Merit List of Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges in the Sindh has been withhold. The reason for withholding Merit list is due to decision awaited by the Honorable Sindh High Court, Karachi (C.P No.D-6554 of 2019).

LUMHS Merit Lists Date Announcement

LUMHS had to display Provisional Merit List for MBBS & BDS in Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges in the Sindh on 22^nd October, 2019 and due to Lahore High Court Decision on 10^th October, 2019 regarding following merit formula of DISSOLVED PMDC old formula for calculating merit for MBBS & BDS in Punjab;

Old Policy formula

1. 10% of matric or equivalent
2. 40% of FSc Pre medical or equivalent
3. 50% of MDCAT

UHS Merit List Details

UHS Lahore, had to display Provisional Merit List 2019 for Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges in Punjab on 10^th October, 2019 and which was then withhold due to this decision and later Single Bench Decision of Lahore High Court for following merit as per the new policy formula of DISSOLVED PMDC

New Policy Formula

1. 50% of FSc Pre medical or equivalent
2. 50% of MDCAT

Merit aggregate Formula details of UHS, Lahore & KMU, and Peshawar

Now, UHS, Lahore has displayed Provisional Merit List 2019 for Public & Private Sectors Medical & Dental Colleges on 22^nd October, 2019 and 5^th November, 2019 respectively while KMU, Peshawar has announced First Selection Merit List 2019 for Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges in KPK on 26^th October, 2019 and Provisional Merit List 2019 for Private Sector Medical & Dental Colleges in KPK.

Remember, both admitting universities has follows New Policy Formula for aggregating merit in Public & Private Sector Medical & Dental Colleges of Punjab & KPK.

Now it extremely waiting for the announcement of LUMHS, Merit List 2019 for MBBS & BDS Admissions in Public & Private Sector Medical Colleges.
