The judge had already restrained the University of Health Science from declaring the MDCAT result 2017.

During the hearing, the counsel of university of health sciences affirmed before the court that the allegation about the leaking of the question paper had not been proved.

He said that the posts of social media relied upon by the requesters happened to be uploaded after conducting the test.

A provincial law officer told the court that an investigation committee formed by the government also found no evidences in the allegations of the leakage of question paper.

When asked regarding the investigation report, he said that the report had been submitted to the CM. At this, the judge suspended hearing until September 25th, 2017 and ordered the law officer to present the report of the investigation.

The requesters had argued that the MDCAT question paper 2017 was already leaked on social media by a teacher at private college/academy in support of the UHS management.

They also said that the teacher who leaked the paper also admitted, on his Facebook account, to have sold the paper to large number of students for Rs50,000 each.

They further added that the career of a large number of aspirants had been put at risk by the offenders involved in leaking of the paper.

The requesters said the thousands of other aspirants will suffer lasting loss if the leaked paper was not cancelled and the UHS was not ordered to conduct the MDCAT test again.
