Lahore Board Announces Schedule For Matric and Intermediate Annual Exams 2021

Lahore Board of Intermediate and secondary education has announced the schedule for the matric and intermediate annual exams 2021. Earlier the federal minister of education and professional training had declared that this year the board exams will be conducted in May-June due to the spread of the coronavirus. He informed the candidates to prepare for the exams as for the academic year 2021 no promotion policy will be issued. According to the board officials, the annual exams of SSC will be commenced from 20th May 2021 and the annual exams of HSSC will be started from 10th June 2021.

Exams Paper Pattern

Previously it had been proposed to change the paper pattern for the annual exams of 2021. But the candidates are notified that there will be no change in the paper pattern and exams will be based on subjective and objective questions. However, the practical exams will not be commenced for this year and the marks will be granted to the students on the basis of promotion policy 2020. A few days earlier the federal board of intermediate and secondary education had also issued the exam schedule for Matric and exam schedule for Inter candidates. 

Admission Schedule

Earlier the BISE Lahore had issued the revised schedule for the online admissions of SSC and online admissions of HSSC. The candidates who intend to appear in the annual exams have to follow the schedule provided by the board authorities in order to submit the admission form and admission fee. The fee of the candidates varies depending upon their selected subjects. As per the new schedule, the last date to submit the admission form with a single fee for matric and intermediate is 16th February 2021 and 5th March 2021 respectively. The candidates are notified to fulfill the admission requirements and the admission forms received after the due date will not be entertained.
