SSC and HSSC Annual Examinations 2021 To Be Held In May-June

The meeting of the Inter board committee of chairmen was held on 11th January 2021 to discuss the commencement schedule of the examinations 2021. The IBCC took its Twitter and issued the statement about the commencement of exams and announcement of the result. This year, due to the coronavirus pandemic the matric and intermediate annual exams could not be commenced in March. By considering the ongoing situation the authorities have changed the examination schedule for the academic year 2021. 

SSC and HSSC Exams 2021

According to the Inter board committee of chairmen, the examination of secondary school certificate (SSC) and higher secondary school certificate will be held in May and June. It is expected that the annual examinations of SSC will be commenced from 24th May 2021. Earlier it was proposed to change the paper pattern of the board exams and to introduce the new pattern consisting only of multiple-choice questions to evaluate the knowledge of the students. The IBCC rejected the proposal and announced that the board exams will be conducted according to the existing paper pattern. Moreover, it is also pertinent to mention here that the exams will be conducted as per the announced smart syllabus. 

 

Result Announcement 

In the meeting, the members also make the announcement regarding the declaration of the annual exams of SSC and HSSC. After the commencement of the exams in the month of May/June the boards will announce the result in the month of August so that the new academic session can be started. According to the current paper pattern, the board authorities usually take three months to declare the result. Several concerns were also raised in the meeting regarding the timely announcement of the result. As per the officials, the result will be provided to all the appeared candidates of matric and intermediate by the end of August 2021.
