KMU Announces the Private MBBS & BDS Provisional Merit List 2019

Khyber Medical University (KMU), Peshawar has announced Private Provisional Open Merit List for the Private Medical & Dental Colleges of KPK for the session 2019.

Merit of Private Medical & Dental Colleges in KPK

Private Provisional Merit List 2019 is composed of 4522 candidates whereas starting merit is 89.273 % of Wadana Zafar. If we talk about starting Merit of First Open Merit List of Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges in KPK which is 91.568 % so there is almost 2% difference in the merit.

Important Instructions for Candidates by KMU

1. Fee Deposit Slip of NOT VERIFIED Candidates: Those candidates whose have not submitted their fee deposit slip of Rs. 3500/- during online application procedure as NOT VERIFIED is mentioned in the list against their names and they are advised to submit it till 7^th November, 2019. In case of failing to do this within due date, candidates’ names will be excluded from the final list.
2. Appeal / Objection / Claim Procedure: In case of any query or objection by any candidates in the Private Provisional Merit List 2019, query can be sent till 7^th November, 2019 upto 3:30 pm along with the proofs and documents and Chairman Provincial Admissions Committee will be ultimate authority to review fraud, error, misrepresentation or lapse during preparation of merit and admission procedure.

Priority Procedure by KMU for selecting candidates for First Selection Merit of Private Medical & Dental colleges in KPK

As per KMU, minutes of National Health Services, National Regulations meeting held on 25^th October, 2019 and decided that;

1. 1^st Priority: Candidates in the list will be considered on 1^st Priority if they have 70% marks in the FSc pre medical or equivalence and 60% marks in MDCAT/Entry Test and total merit aggregate 70% for MBBS & 60% for BDS.
2. 2^nd Priority: Candidates in the list will be considered on 2^nd Priority if they have 70% marks in the FSc pre medical or equivalence and 60% marks in MDCAT/Entry Test and total aggregate for 65% for MBBS & 55% for BDS.
3. 3^rd Priority: Candidates present in the Provisional Private Merit Lists of MBBS 2019 & BDS Merit List 2019 having domicile of KPK and MDCAT / Entrance Test of other province, will be considered at 3^rd priority for Final Selection Merit List 2019 of Private Medical & Dental Colleges.
4. 4^th Priority: Candidates present in the Provisional Private MBBS & BDS Merit List 2019 having domicile of other province, will be considered at 4^th priority for Final Selection Merit List 2019 of Private Medical & Dental Colleges.
5. 5^th Priority: In case of vacant seats in private medical and dental colleges of KPK with less than 55% aggregate, list will be referred to council for taking decision.

Display of Final Selection Merit List 2019 for Private Medical & Dental Colleges in KPK

As per announced schedule by KMU, Final Selection Merit List will be displayed on 12^th November 2019.
