Karachi date sheet, Schedule of Matric and Intermediate Examination Has Delayed To March 20, 2019, And April 05, 2019 Respectively

Due to “Holi” the custom event of Hindu Community, the schedule of examination has delayed. The reason behind it is that Education Sector allows Hindu Community to celebrate their religious event passionately.

Minister of Education Sardar Shah Said, “with the confirmation of Examination Boards the holding of examinations has been done in open areas”. 

Education Sector Karachi has changed the schedule of Matric and Intermediate examination. 1st paper of matric class will be held on March 25, 2019 and 1st paper of Intermediate will be held on April 15, 2019. All the students will be provided with Matric Class Date Sheets and Intermediate Date Sheets a week before starting examination. A meeting of starring Committee was held under the supervision of Provincial Education Minister, Sardar Shah in which secretaries of schools and colleges, RSU Chief, boards representative, representative of private schools, regional educational officers and other staffs were involved. During this meeting consolidation of examination centers, the holding of examinations in open areas or grounds, 5th and 8th class examination from curriculum wings and other issues were the main topics of discussion. The process of validation of previous starring raids has done during this meeting.

A brief discussion on the agenda of the examination in open areas has also done during this meeting. The chairmen of boards declared that they are doing their best for the consolidation of examination centers. But the time is quite short and examination season is on the doorsteps. They further declared that they are suffering with financial issues. Ample time is required for the tendering of furniture, and other accessories. Sardar Shah replied to the chairmen that if there is no availability of additional funds then you have to manage with available fund to give proper transparency to examination. He further advised to all the chairmen of boards to retain the previously derived consolidation and the chairmen will claim for the budget of education or examination consolidation timely to the authority.

All the matric and intermediate level candidates are to inform that their examination schedule has changed March 20th, 2019 to March 25th, 2019 and April 05, 2019 to April 15, 2019 respectively. After completing the meeting the Minister of Education Sindh, Sardar Shah talked to Journalists in which he declared that the reason behind this schedule change occurred due to the religious festival known as “Holi” of Hindu Community. He further declared that we allow the students of Hindu Community to celebrate their events with joys and blessings. We give best wishes to all those students who are going to appear for their matric and intermediate annual examination. Matric Date Sheets will announce first than that of Intermediate Date Sheets. All the students are also informed to keep in touch with us after performing their annual examination. Because here the Matric Result 2019 as well as Intermediate Result 2019 will also be offered after declaration officially.
