IUB to hold its 11th convocation on May 19th

Bahawalpur: Islamia University Bahawalpur is going to organize its 11^th convocation on May 19^th, 2017. This convocation would be organized for the passed out graduates of academic session 2015.

The convocation would be organized on May 19^th (Friday) at Main auditorium, Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus at sharp 09:00 am.

For this purpose, the full day rehearsals shall take place on May 18^th, 2017 (Thursday) at 10:00am at Baghdad-ul-Jadeed campus.

Instructions for students:

1.       For the convenience of partakers of a private company has been given a task to provide academic costumes on rent on the rehearsal day.

2.       It is compulsory for all the aspirants to attend full day rehearsals failing which they shall not be permitted to take part in the convocation.

3.       The graduates without academic costumes will not be permitted to take part in the convocation and rehearsals as well.

4.       Just PhD scholars and the gold or silver medals receiver would be permitted to bring one guest along with them inside convocation venue.

5.       Cell phones will not be allowed inside the venue.

6.       The registered candidates are required to bring original CNIC on the rehearsal and convocation day.    

Important Note:

1.       All the registered graduates are needed to send their written confirmation/ agreement for attending the convocation before May 12^th, 2017 to courier/registered mail at the given address:

2.       Admin officer, meeting and regulations division, Islamia University Bahawalpur.

3.       After receiving confirmation, invitation cards would be issued to the interested candidates.

4.       No entry will be allowed without invitation cards.
