The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) has launched a new digital payment solution, IBCC ePay, enabling applicants from around the world to pay equivalence fees online using Visa and MasterCard.
The newly introduced platform is expected to simplify the equivalence application process for overseas Pakistanis, international students, and foreign nationals seeking educational equivalence certificates from IBCC.
With the launch of IBCC ePay, applicants no longer need to visit banks or arrange physical payments. The online payment facility allows users to complete transactions securely from anywhere in the world, making the process faster and more convenient.
The initiative is particularly beneficial for students living abroad who require equivalence certificates for admission, employment, or further studies in Pakistan.
According to IBCC officials, the ePay platform has been introduced as part of the organization's broader digital transformation program aimed at improving public service delivery.

Speaking about the launch, IBCC Executive Director Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah stated that the online payment platform was developed under the guidance and support of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training.
He noted that the system was created entirely by IBCC’s in-house technical team, demonstrating the institution’s growing expertise in technology and commitment to modernizing educational services.
