IBCC Introduces ePay Service for Online Equivalence Fee Payments

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) has launched a new digital payment solution, IBCC ePay, enabling applicants from around the world to pay equivalence fees online using Visa and MasterCard.

The newly introduced platform is expected to simplify the equivalence application process for overseas Pakistanis, international students, and foreign nationals seeking educational equivalence certificates from IBCC.

Applicants Can Now Pay Equivalence Fees Online

With the launch of IBCC ePay, applicants no longer need to visit banks or arrange physical payments. The online payment facility allows users to complete transactions securely from anywhere in the world, making the process faster and more convenient.

The initiative is particularly beneficial for students living abroad who require equivalence certificates for admission, employment, or further studies in Pakistan.

Part of IBCC’s Digital Transformation Strategy

According to IBCC officials, the ePay platform has been introduced as part of the organization's broader digital transformation program aimed at improving public service delivery.

The new system is designed to enhance transparency, reduce processing hurdles, and provide a more user-friendly experience for applicants seeking equivalence services.

IBCC Highlights Innovation and In-House Development

Speaking about the launch, IBCC Executive Director Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah stated that the online payment platform was developed under the guidance and support of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training.

He noted that the system was created entirely by IBCC’s in-house technical team, demonstrating the institution’s growing expertise in technology and commitment to modernizing educational services.

Benefits of the IBCC ePay System

The newly launched ePay platform offers several advantages, including:

  • Secure online payments through Visa and MasterCard
  • Easy access for overseas Pakistanis and international applicants
  • Elimination of physical bank visits
  • Faster and more efficient fee processing
  • Improved transparency and convenience
  • Enhanced digital access to IBCC services

A Step Towards Modern Public Services

The introduction of IBCC ePay marks another milestone in Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to digitize public services and improve accessibility for citizens and international users alike. By offering a seamless online payment mechanism, IBCC aims to make equivalence services more efficient, accessible, and user-friendly for applicants worldwide.
