HEC Offers 52 Awards For Innovation, Research, And Publications To Outstanding Scholars

The 7^th ceremony of HEC Outstanding Research Awards recently held by Higher Education Commission, HEC. During this ceremony, HEC offered 52 Pakistani with scholarships awards. The awards offered to researchers and scholars who are going to make outstanding work in the fields of research, innovation, and publication.

The Chairman of HEC, Dr. Tariq Banuri was the chief guest of this ceremony. However, some other guest of honors including Dr. Anwar-ul-Hassan Gillani, Vice-Chancellor University of Haripur also attended the ceremony.

How Awards Distributed

Dr. Yasin Zai was also a member of this ceremony who revealed that there were 490 application received for this Scholarships Program and application were about four categories. However, 52 candidates were selected out of them. He further announced that 37 scholars awarded with Best Research Paper Award, the Best Young Research Scholar Award offered to 08 candidates, the Best Book Award offered to 06 authors and 01 scholar was selected for the Best Innovator Award.

HEC, every time offers the awards or HEC Scholarships not only to encourage the applicants to make best efforts in their fields but the awards also offer them support and proper financial aid for their coming research or projects.
