It is to be informed to all the concerned candidates of CSS Special MPT Exam 2023 that the FPSC has announced the test date of Special CSS MPT Exam 2023. Previously, FPSC announced to postpone the Special Exam of CSS MPT which was to be held on 31st January 2023. The FPSC stated that they postponed the special exam due to some administrative reasons but now the FPSC has announced the date and schedule of the special MPT exam. All the interested candidates are advised to apply as soon as possible to avail this opportunity of becoming a government officer. What Special CSS Exam?

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) administers the CSS MPT test, which is a Screening test for the biggest competitive examination of Pakistan. MCQs Based Preliminary Test (MPT) is usually conducted to reduce the number applied candidates for the next stage. The next stage after MPT Exam is written CSS exams. Now, the Special CSS Exams is a different thing. FPSC conducts the Special CSS Exam only to fill up the vacancies which remained unfilled after the CSS competitive examination or you can say, due to the low percentage of passed CSS candidates FPSC again conduct the CSS special exam to recruit more government officers. FPSC conducts the Special CSS Exam in a province or region on a specific quota.

Special CSS MPT 2023 Paper Pattern and Syllabus

Special CSS MPT Exam 2023 will be held according to the same rules and regulations as normal CSS MPT Exam. The CSS MPT special exam will be based on 200 multiple choice questions of total 200 marks. Total 200 minutes of time will be allowed to attempt the test. A candidate have to score minimum 33% marks to clear the special MPT test and there will be no negative marking on wrong answers. Special CSS MPT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a Pakistani Citizen.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree cleared with minimum 2nd division from an institute recognized by Higher Education Commission.
• Upper age limit will be 35 years for all candidates, no age relaxation will be given to any candidate.
• For special CSS Exam one additional/ fourth chance will be permissible. 
• For the special CSS Exam of 2023, candidates belonging only to the following provisional/ regional quotas are eligible to apply:

Application Process of Special CSS MPT 2023

• All the candidates can apply online through FPSC official website before the deadline of online application submission (14th March 2023) 
• If you are a new user then you should sign up for the FPSC account.
• After setting up your account start filling out the Special MPT exam form.
• Read the instructions, carefully make selection of examination hall and submit all the required documents.
• After Submitting the documents download the fee challan form of Special MPT Exam 2023 from the link.
• Submit the exam fee of Rs. 250/- in the nearest government treasury/ National Bank of Pakistan/ State Bank of Pakistan under the account head “C02101- Organs of State Exam Fee.
• Keep the original paid challan safe and bring it to the examination hall on the test day along with your original CNIC card and admission certificate.
• Download the computer generated admission certificate from FPSC website. 

Special CSS MPT 2023 Last Date:

Also in case of special CSS Exam, FPSC conducts the special CSS MPT Exam first and then conducts the written portion exams for the CSS special exam. The FPSC has announced the CSS Special MPT Exam date 2023 along with the deadline of application submission of special CSS Exam. The last date to submit the online application for Preliminary MCQ Test (Phase-II) is 14th March 2023. The Exam date of CSS Special MPT test is 14th May 2023.     

Special CSS MPT 2023 Important Instructions:

• Candidates who applied for the Special MPT exam (Phase-I), are not required to submit the application again, their applications will be processed automatically according to eligibility rules. 
• All aspirants may apply online for Preliminary MCQ Test (Phase-II) up to 14th March, 2023. 
• The CSS special MPT exam will held on 14th May 2023.
• Be informed that the Examination center once selected cannot be changed later.
• The additional chance for the written part of the Special CSS exam will not count toward the regular CSS exams.
• Candidates are informed that there will be a deviation in the number of Special CSS positions available from any regional quota. As a result, they may take the Special CSS exam if there are openings in their respective quotas.
• The Date/Schedule of written portion of Special CSS Exam shall be announced in due course.
• In due course, the date and time of the written section of the Special CSS Exam will be announced.
• Wrong entries of personal information may lead to the rejection of application.
