Allama Iqbal Open University has instructed the students to submit the electronically composed assignments. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many universities have adopted online ways to educate the students and AIOU is also switching to automation and in this regard, the officials have asked the students to submit the assignments in the word or PDF format. The candidates of the autumn semester 2020 enrolled in the BS, B.Ed, M.Ed, MA, and MSc degree programs have to upload the assignments on the Aaghi LMS portal.
Submission of Assignments
According to the statement issued by the university, the officials will not accept handwritten assignments or scanned copies of assignments. Moreover, the information about the usernames and password has been sent to the students so that they can submit their assignments on time. It is informed to the candidates to enter the correct information to avoid any inconvenience. The candidates can also check the student’s quick manual to get to know about the steps of the assignment submission on the Aaghi portal.
Marks Of Assignments
Allama Iqbal Open University has also uploaded the marks of the assignments of the offered programs in the spring semester of 2020. The university has notified the candidates to check the marks and instructed them to verify it for timely correction. The admission process for the autumn spring semester 2020 of the various offered programs has been completed and the books have been dispatched to the selected candidates. Director AIOU Admissions informed that Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof Dr. Zia ul Qayyum has instructed to complete the admission confirmation process of all offered programs. Moreover, the university has also offered admissions for the spring semester of 2021 in which the candidates can take admission in BS, MSc, M.Phil, and Ph.D. degree programs. The last date for the submission of admission forms is 15th February 2021.
