AIOU Offers Admissions To Overseas Pakistani In Various Degree Programs

Allama Iqbal Open University has offered admissions to the overseas Pakistani living in the Middle East. The students of the different countries such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar can take admission in BA and B.Ed programs. The university announces the BA admissions in the four domains including Mass Communication, Arts, Library & Information Studies, and Commerce. It is also pertinent to mention here that AIOU is the only educational institute of Pakistan that is offering admissions to overseas Pakistanis. 

Statement of Vice-Chancellor

The vice-chancellor of Allama Iqbal Open University, Dr.Zia Ul Qayyum said that this initiative is taken to facilitate the Pakistani that are living abroad. In this way, they can contribute to the development of their country after completing a particular degree program. The university officials are hopeful that the Pakistani would grab this opportunity.
