Islamabad: In preparation for their upcoming graduate as well as post graduate studies in United States, almost 260 aspirants attended the orientation sessions organized by the EducationUSA at the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) in Islamabad, Lahore, and in Karachi as well.

According to the issued press release, the advising manager of EducationUSA Pakistan Umair Khan congratulated the aspirants on being selected by the American universities and encouraged them to do their best.

“You have accomplished a great milestone,” said Khan.

“Now your attention should be on gaining knowledge, learning about various cultures, facing all the challenges along with a positive attitude and making the most of this educational experience.”

The Acting Cultural Affairs Officer of American Embassy Maureen Mimnaugh encouraged the aspirants to vigorously share their own culture along with the Americans they meet.

“Besides pursuing your studies, you will have a golden chance to serve as ambassadors of Pakistan in your American classrooms as well as groups,” said Mimnaugh.

“I am sure that American aspirants you meet will be excited to learn more regarding your background, just like you will learn from them regarding American culture,” Mimnaugh added.

Large number of aspirants who participated in the orientation sessions took advantage of free educational advising services of USEFP earlier.
