University Of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJKU) Muzaffarabad Admissions
During the fall and spring semester in each year, AJKU offers admissions for graduate and postgraduate classes.
An Admission Notice/Advertisement is issued by the Registrar office.
The main aim of the university is to give admissions to students on the basis of merit. Their admission policies are clear and transparent free of any sort of discriminations.
Admission Application Forms of AJKU are available:
At the office of Directorate of Students’ Affairs,(Muzaffarabad)
At Admission Office Neelum Campus (Athmuqam)
At Admission Office of the Jhelum Valley Campus (Hattian Bala)
At the official website of AJKU (online admission form): www.ajku.edu.pk.
To obtain the admission form and prospectus of the university the students must pay Rs. 1500/-via HBL Challan available at official branches in AJ&K.
The payment can also be made by sending Bank draft of Rs. 1600/- from any bank, in the name of Director Finance & Planning University of AJ&K.
In case of Online registration of the application form the students is requires to attach the scanned copy of The HBL Bank Challan or Bank Draft of required amount. An online application form without these documents will not be entertained.
If the student is applying for more than one departments/ categories he/she should deposit Rs. 400/- per extra form. It is very important to observe the due dates and all completed application forms must reach to the Directorate of Students’ Affairs before the last date for submission of application forms. The applications for Neelum and Jhelum Valley Campus should be submitted directly to the concerned campuses and not at the Muzaffarabad campus.
The students need to sit for an entry test to gain admission in undergraduate programs of the University. The processing fee of the entry test is Rs.500/-.This fee challan/Bank Draft should be submitted along the Application Form in DSA office or the admission office of the concerned campuses. If the applicant is applying for more than one program, he/ she shall deposit Rs. 200/- as entry test fee for each additional program).
