GCU Lahore Merit List and Fee Structure
The GCU Merit List iare being announced onen by one for each new admission such as BS, MS, Mphil as well as intermediate level. Students must pay their tuition fees within the deadline after they are admitted to the university.
- Fees must be paid in cash through a fee challan deposited directly into the university's bank accounts. Cheques, demand drafts, and pay orders will not be accepted.
- For all overseas students, an additional US$1,000 per year will be charged in addition to their regular tuition fees.
- If a student loses their fee challan, they will have to pay Rs.50 for a duplicate copy.
- Once paid, tuition fees are non-refundable, including for foreign and overseas Pakistani students.
- If a student fails to pay their tuition fees by the deadline, they will be fined as follows:
- Within 10 days after the due date: Rs.500
- After 10 days: Rs.2,000
- After one month from the due date: Rs.5,000
- Students who are applying for a fee concession on the basis of kinship (real brother/sister who is currently studying at GCU) must submit their application form within the deadline specified by the university. Kinship concession is only applicable from the second semester onwards. The application form is available in the Fee Section of the Treasurer's Office.
- Late fee fines will not be charged to applicants for scholarships or financial aid within 10 days of the decision being made.
