Criteria of Fall 2026 Merit List
GCWU Sialkot will publish a number of merit lists for each admission round during Fall 2026 so that they accept more and more students on open merit. The first list usually shows those applicants with highest marks in academics i.e., top-notch performers among all other candidates who could apply this year. Following merit lists might include those applicants also who meet slightly low cut off percentage required by any particular program as seats become available later on-demand basis etcetera. Inclusion criteria of these lists largely depends upon marks obtained by an applicant in his/her previous educational achievements. Also, some weightage given to whether or not he/she has cleared entrance test/interview conducted by concerned department as a prerequisite for admission into that program. Notification regarding display of these lists is displayed both outside main gate (on notice board) and inside administrative block (on website) where any student can see it easily.
