CA Registration Process

The CA online registration process allows students to enroll in the CA program through ICAP’s student portal.

Eligibility Requirements:

Intermediate / A-Levels: Minimum 50% marks.

Bachelors: Minimum 45% marks.

There are many institutes offering CA coaching such as Skans School of Accountancy, CFE Group of Colleges, College of Accounting & Management Sciences (CAMS) etc. These are affiliated with ICAP but the official registration is always done directly with ICAP.

After registering with an institute (for tuition), the student must complete ICAP Registration to officially appear in CA exams.

Instructions for CA Registration 2025

For the CA Registration 2025, students need to follow these steps carefully:

  1. Complete online registration form through ICAP student portal.
  2. Upload latest attested photographs.
  3. Attach required documents:
  4. Academic transcripts & certificates.
  5. Proof of payment of registration fee.
  6. Exemption letters (if applicable).
  7. Equivalence certificate (for foreign qualifications).
  8. Last roll number and passing session details (if registering after graduation).
  9. Submit form and documents online.

  2. Bank Credit Voucher (blue, stamped by designated bank branches).
  3. Online Credit/Debit Card Payment (via ICAP’s PayPro/online payment system).
  4. Wire Transfer (in case of overseas applicants).
