AJK University generally issues its BA date sheet in May, a month before the exam commencement. The date sheet is same for both private and regular candidates. The University issues and sends Roll Number Slip to each candidate to appear in the final examination at least two weeks before the examinations. The candidates will be admitted to the Examination Hall on producing original Roll Number Slip. In case, Roll Number Slip is lost; a duplicate copy of the same can be obtained personally by paying the prescribed fee.

BA Annual Exams for Private Candidates

AJK University holds its annual examinations for BA private candidates in the month of June or July every year and conducts a final three hours, written examination for each course on the set dates. The university announces its results in August or September. If a student fails to get minimum qualifying marks and fail in elective or optional subjects in the final examinations, he/she can re-appear in the supplementary examination of the same course.
