Admission forms can be obtained from the official website of University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

The prospectus and application forms can also be obtained from the Directorate of Students’ Affairs, AJK University Muzaffarabad or Deputy Director Students’ Affairs Kotli campuses against payment of Rs.1,000 through a Habib Bank Limited challan available at authorized branches in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Alternatively, by sending a bank draft of Rs.1,100 drawn in the name of Director Finance and Planning University of AJK.

Form can also be downloaded from University Website, in case of using download, Rs.50/- will be charged extra in addition to admission fee.

The admission form and fee must reach together in the University in time. Late /Double fee shall be charged if the fee is paid and form not submitted in time or vice versa.

Deposit the required amount of fee in the Branches of Habib Bank Ltd. or by Money Order. Postal Orders, Bank Drafts and Cheques are not acceptable. In case of any deficiency in the fee the form will not be entertained.
