PPSC Exam Requirements 2026
- Eligibility criteria will be determined according to post, mentioned in advertisement.
- Candidate's academic qualification or experience will be authorized as per commission rules.
- All important instructions is guided time to time by the commission.
- PPSC age, PPSC educational requirements and PPSC experience will be taken up to closing date as per respective post.
- It must be noted that punjab public service commission has no power to grant any relaxation in the PPS exam eigibility criteria .
Acceptance of Foreign Degrees/Diplomas
According to the ppsc commission rules, only those foreign degrees, certificate or diplomas will accept that have been recognized by the:
- Higher Education Commission (HEC)
- Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (P.M.D.C)
- Pakistan Engineering Council (P.E.C)
- Inter Board Committee of Chairman (I.B.C.C)
PPSC Age Relaxation Rules 2026
Granted the PPSC upper age limit relaxation under the Punjab civil servants recruitment rules in 1976 as under:
- In the case of ex-defence forces officers/personnel.
- In the case of a candidate already working as a government servant.
- In case of special persons as defined under Rule 2(III) of the punjab civil Servants recruitment.
- Employees of federalor semi government and independent bodies of federal government or independent bodies of provincial government.
PPSC Lecturers Jobs Equivalence Qualification
Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) issued the equivalence of qualification for Lecturer Female and Lecturer Male Jobs in Higher Education Department, Government of Punjab. Total 27 Lecturers Jobs Eligibility criteria is issued including the Lecture Arabic, Lecturer Biology, Lecture Computer Science, Lecturer Commerce, Lecturer English, Lecturer Library Science, Lecturer History and among others. Minimum Eligibility requirements or equivalence degrees requirements are listed below.
- Minimum Second (2nd) Class Master's Degree in relevant subject, from a HEC recognized University.
- Candidates having the Degree, equivalent to Master's also eligible to apply.
- Age should be between 21 To 28 Years
- 10 Years general age relaxation in upper age limit for Female candidates.
- 7 Years general age relaxation in upper age limit for Male candidates.
