Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility criteria for an MS degree in Environmental Science is a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of environment or equivalent (bachelors in biological sciences, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, agriculture, microbiology, etc.)
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 50 % marks in any of the mentioned bachelor’s degrees.
- And, a minimum of 50% score in GAT (Graduate Assessment Test).
Admission Intake
The admission intake occurs yearly at some universities while twice a year at others. The yearly admissions are held in September or October. The universities that have admission twice a year include a fall session and a spring session. Usually, the fall session is held in September and the spring session in March or April.

The merit is determined according to the bachelor’s academic record, graduate assessment tests, and university interview. The students who have completed their 16 years of education from any HEC recognized university with first division or a 2.5 CGPA.
