Position: Zonal Head

Roles & Responsibilities

The Zonal Head will be responsible for leading and managing branch operations across multiple zones in Punjab (Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Multan, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, and Sargodha) with focus on:

  • Efficient management of branch operations, including lending, product sales, customer services, risk management, security, and compliance with applicable laws and bank policies.

  • Deposit mobilization and loan business, ensuring superior customer relations and promoting a culture of product sales and services.

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to branch staff to achieve organizational goals.

  • Strategic planning, monitoring business KPIs, income/expenditure, and achieving annual branch plans.

  • Ensuring loan recovery, proactive management of NPLs, and conducting branch inspections to resolve discrepancies flagged by internal or external audits.

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC-recognized University.

  • Preference for candidates with strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience, including 5 years in a similar position in banking operations and management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide leadership to branch teams.
