Location: Near Islamabad

A dynamic company in the vicinity of Islamabad is seeking an energetic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) capable of working in a technologically challenging environment with stringent delivery timelines.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Educational Qualification:

    • MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university
      OR

    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), ACCA, CIMA, or member of a recognized local/international professional accounting body

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 15 years of professional experience, preferably in large government or private sector organizations

    • At least 7 years in a similar senior management role

    • Proven experience in ERP-based operations, IRIS, taxation, auditing procedures, and new accounting principles

    • Well-versed in international banking practices for corporate financial management

  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years on the closing date of application

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall financial planning, reporting, and budgetary control

  • Manage costing, taxation, statutory compliance, and relationships with stakeholders

  • Plan, implement, and run all financial activities including:

    • Business planning

    • Budgeting & forecasting

    • Financial negotiations

    • Evaluation of financial KPIs

  • Preparation of annual financial reports

  • Lead development and use of best practices, policies, and tools to ensure:

    • Strong fiscal management

    • Effective project management

    • Cross-team communication and workflow optimization
