CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

We are offering multiple positions in Capital Planning and Enterprise Risk Architecture. Below are the available roles with brief descriptions and detailed responsibilities.

1. Position Title: Manager – Model Risk Management (OG-I / AVP)

Describe:
A strategic role responsible for developing and validating risk models across the organization.

Detail:

  • Develop, validate, and maintain financial and non-financial risk models.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with risk, audit, and compliance teams to ensure model integrity.

  • Reporting to: Unit Head – Model Risk Management.

2. Position Title: Unit Head – Market Risk Management (AVP / VP)

Describe:
Lead the market risk function by overseeing assessments and risk controls for trading and investment portfolios.

Detail:

  • Conduct regular market risk analysis and reporting.

  • Supervise the implementation of risk models and stress testing frameworks.

  • Liaise with ALCO and relevant departments to support decision-making.

  • Reporting to: Head of Risk.

3. Position Title: Manager – Risk Assessment & Quantification (OG-I / AVP)

Describe:
Responsible for assessing and quantifying various types of risks including credit, market, and operational.

Detail:

  • Conduct quantitative analysis and scenario planning.

  • Support capital adequacy and ICAAP calculations.

  • Assist in recovery planning and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Reporting to: Unit Head – Risk Assessment.

4. Position Title: Risk Analyst – Assessment & Quantification (OG-II / OG-III)

Describe:
Support risk management teams in collecting and analyzing risk data and developing risk reports.

Detail:

  • Assist in building dashboards and risk reports.

  • Contribute to risk data governance and model documentation.

  • Good analytical and statistical skills required.

  • Reporting to: Manager – Risk Assessment.

Employment Type:
The appointments will be on a contractual basis, which may be extended based on performance and organizational needs.
