2. OPEN POSITIONS

POSITION 01: Regional Executive CAD (AVP/VP)

Reporting To Divisional Head - Credit Administration Department
Place of Posting Hyderabad
Educational / Professional Qualification Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
Preference: Candidates having a Master's degree and/or relevant professional certification(s).
Experience Minimum 06 years of banking experience, out of which at least 03 years in Credit Administration and/or Credit Operations in Corporate and/or Commercial Banking.
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required • Exposure to lateral risk monitoring/reporting.
• Knowledge of commercial financing/administration/review of legal documentation/pledge operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities • Disbursement Authorization: Ensure necessary documentation (finance, loan agreements, security documents, charge creation documents, etc.) is in accordance with the approved conditions of the Sanction Advice. Ensure disbursements are made strictly upon completion and execution of documents.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure creation of bank's charge/lien with competent authorities, insurance coverage, satisfactory genuineness and perfection certificates of lawyers are in place. Where applicable, ensure sufficient stocks are pledged/hypothecated with safety margins.
• Inspection & Follow-up: Conduct surprise inspections of pledged sites vis-à-vis branch records to determine irregularities including shortages/shortfall, if any, and follow up with concerned branch managers for resolution.
• Coordination & Rectification: Coordinate and follow up with branches/regions for rectification of irregularities/observations/discrepancies identified by Credit Administration Division, Audit & Inspection Group, and SBP.
• Supervision & Reporting: Supervise, follow up, and analyze periodic reports from concerned quarters for regularization of irregularities, if any.
• Insurance Verification: Ensure that insurance arrangements/policies tendered by the customer are valid, backed by premium paid receipt, cover required risks as per sanction advice / Bank's policies, and are duly insured by a company on the Bank's panel.
• Document Tracking: Track and follow up for outstanding documents required before disbursement (if any) with concerned quarters. Ensure obtaining necessary exemption/deferral duly approved by the competent authority where required.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

POSITION 02: Manager Risk Review (AVP)

Experience Minimum 06 years of relevant experience in Risk Management and/or Process Continuity and/or Quality Assurance and/or Internal Audit functions within commercial banks.
Preference: Candidates with relevant experience in a similar role within commercial banks / large-scale banking operations.
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required • Strong understanding of retail lending products, operational risk, and control frameworks.
• Good business acumen and process efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, control, design, and coordination skills.
• Sound knowledge of processing retail, SME, Agri financing, and credit operations.
• Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office.
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities • Reviews & Strengthening: Perform and supervise periodic reviews of retail and program lending products and strengthen the related risk and control frameworks.
• Risk Identification: Identify control gaps, operational weaknesses, process deficiencies, and compliance risks. Recommend appropriate remedial measures with Business/Product, Operations, and Credit Policy teams.
• Compliance & End-to-End Alignment: Ensure end-to-end alignment with approved policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Pre-Implementation Reviews: Conduct pre-compliance implementation reviews of products, system enhancements, and process changes to assess control effectiveness and readiness.
• Audit Support: Support internal and external audit activities, monitor audit observations, and facilitate timely and effective closure of identified findings.
• Staff Training: Enhance staff awareness through training, process guidance, and communication on control requirements, risk areas, and operational procedures.
• Implementation Monitoring: Monitor the implementation of agreed actions with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of identified control gaps.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).
