| Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities | • Disbursement Authorization: Ensure necessary documentation (finance, loan agreements, security documents, charge creation documents, etc.) is in accordance with the approved conditions of the Sanction Advice. Ensure disbursements are made strictly upon completion and execution of documents. • Security & Compliance: Ensure creation of bank's charge/lien with competent authorities, insurance coverage, satisfactory genuineness and perfection certificates of lawyers are in place. Where applicable, ensure sufficient stocks are pledged/hypothecated with safety margins. • Inspection & Follow-up: Conduct surprise inspections of pledged sites vis-à-vis branch records to determine irregularities including shortages/shortfall, if any, and follow up with concerned branch managers for resolution. • Coordination & Rectification: Coordinate and follow up with branches/regions for rectification of irregularities/observations/discrepancies identified by Credit Administration Division, Audit & Inspection Group, and SBP. • Supervision & Reporting: Supervise, follow up, and analyze periodic reports from concerned quarters for regularization of irregularities, if any. • Insurance Verification: Ensure that insurance arrangements/policies tendered by the customer are valid, backed by premium paid receipt, cover required risks as per sanction advice / Bank's policies, and are duly insured by a company on the Bank's panel. • Document Tracking: Track and follow up for outstanding documents required before disbursement (if any) with concerned quarters. Ensure obtaining necessary exemption/deferral duly approved by the competent authority where required. • Additional Duties: Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s). |
