01 Position/Job Title Wing Head - HR Strategic Planning and Budgeting
  Reporting to Divisional Head — HR Strategic Planning and Rewards
Academic / Professional
Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University / Institute.
  • Candidates having Master's degree will be preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience.
  • Candidates having experience of working in Human Resource / Finance / Budgeting / Planning and / or similar role will be preferred.
  • Well versed with staff cost and manpower planning.
  • Attention to detail.
Other Skills/ Expertise! Knowledge Required
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word. Excel and PowerPoint)
  • To liaise with Divisional Heads and Business Partners of different Groups on regular basis to identify recruitment challenges and develop Head Count budget and plan on yearly basis.
  • To ensure that the Head Count requirement is in line with Bank's overall strategy.
  • To monitor variances of budgeted headcount against the actuals at a preset frequency and present the Head Count budget in various meetings_
Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To coordinate with Group Chief / Heads to identify recruitment needs in line with manpower plan.
  • To establish the yearly manpower plan budget in collaboration with the different functions based on the approved organization structure.
  • To work closely with Divisional Head on deriving strategic plans of HR and monitor key metrics / implementation in line with the approved strategic plan and objective.
  • To lead and implement the automation related to HR budgeting activities.
  • To provide related data analytics support across the Bank.
02 Position/Job Title Unit Head Talent Acquisition
  Reporting to Wing Head Talent Management
Educational/
Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University / Institute
  • Candidates having Master's degree would be preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 06 years of Human Resources and / or Banking experience
  • Candidates having experience of working in Recruitment / Talent Management would be preferred
Other Skills/ Expertise! Knowledge Required
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good team player
Outline of Main Duties /
Responsibilities
  • To assist in developing and keeping an updated plan for efficient supply of required Human resources
  • To assist in talent mapping exercise (internal/external) based on potential and within specific geographical area or business function
  • To ensure all recruitment & selection policies, procedures and steps are efficiently adhered to
  • To facilitate in the recruitment process and arrange interviews for vacant positions
  • To manage onboarding process for new hires
  • To ensure top quality talent is hired in the Bank
  • To assist in devising comprehensive strategies and recruitment plans for the year
  • To regularly update and ensure availability of recruitment materials / sources such as Job descriptions, Job specifications, testing tools, organized data bank of applicants and other recruitment channels
  • To participate in career fairs, manage recruitment drives and roadshows while maintaining excellent relationship with top tier institutes of the country
  • To adhere to all regulatory guidelines with respect to the recruitment function including submission of FPTs of Key Executive positions to SBP within stipulated frame of time
  • To manage batch hiring for different roles within the Bank
Assessment Interview(s) Only shortlisted applicants strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s).
Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules.
