Applicants must demonstrate a robust combination of academic excellence, leadership acumen, and professional competence. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Academic Credentials: Preferably holding a PhD and a first professional degree in the disciplines of Visual Arts and Design.

• Leadership & Administrative Abilities: Significant evidence of meaningful academic administration, strategic planning, financial management, and resource development.

4. TERMS OF APPOINTMENT

• Appointing Authority: The Vice Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor.

• Tenure: The appointment is for a fixed period of 05 years.

• Age Limit: Maximum age is 65 years on the last date fixed for submission of applications.
