Position 1: Fraud Cases (VP)

Qualification Graduate from a recognized national university/college
Experience Experience in investigation and/or financial sector
Other Skills/Expertise — Experience in maintaining data accuracy across multiple data sources
— Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
— Experience in verification of cases before further processing
— Knowledge of case management through aging, hiring, and conversion tracking
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities — Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor
— Maintain proper records and provide guidance to subordinates regarding applicable policies
— Ensure smooth execution of processes and provide relevant support for system integration and reporting solutions

Position 2: [Unit — SAVP]

Qualification Graduate from a recognized national university/college
Experience Relevant professional experience in the banking/financial sector
Other Skills/Expertise — Strong understanding of OM (Organizational Management) objects
— Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
— Knowledge of organizational jobs, positions, and reporting relationships
— Familiarity with functional role configuration and enhancements
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities — Provide support for smooth execution of processes
— Assist in relevant system implementation and configuration
— Prepare functional documentation and reports
— Perform duties as assigned by the supervisor
