We are looking for dynamic professionals to fill the following roles. Each position is crucial to our holistic educational model.

Special Education Teacher

Role Overview:As a Special Education Teacher at Umeed, you will be the cornerstone of our instructional framework. You will design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapt curricula, and employ differentiated instruction to meet a wide spectrum of learning styles and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and regularly review comprehensive IEPs in collaboration with parents and specialists.
  • Create engaging, multi-sensory lesson plans that align with educational goals and student interests.
  • Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning.
  • Utilize assistive technology and adaptive equipment to enhance student access to the curriculum.
  • Document student progress meticulously and communicate effectively with the support team and families.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field. Relevant teaching certification and prior experience working with children with special needs is highly preferred.

Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

Role Overview:Our SLPs play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders. You will work one-on-one and in small groups to help students develop crucial speech, language, and social communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

School Counselor / Psychologist

Key Responsibilities:
