Shuhada-e-Army Public School University of Technology, Nowshera invites applications from eligible male/female candidates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) for the following regular positions.

1 Treasurer (BPS-20) 01 Master’s degree (1st Division) in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university/institution OR Chartered Accountant with 17 years of teaching/administrative experience in a University/Government/autonomous body in BPS-17 or above.
2 Controller of Examinations (BPS-20) 01 First division Master’s degree with 17 years of teaching and examination-related experience in a University or Board of Education in Pay Scale 17 or equivalent or above.
3 Director ORIC (BPS-20) 01 Master’s degree (1st Division) from an HEC-recognized university/institution with 17 years of teaching/administrative experience in a University/Government/autonomous body in BPS-17 or above.
4 Director QEC (BPS-20) 01 Master’s degree (1st Division) from an HEC-recognized university/institution with 17 years of teaching/administrative experience in a University/Government/autonomous body in BPS-17 or above.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Candidates must submit a filled and signed application form (available at the University website: www.uotnowshera.edu.pk/careers) along with:

    • Attested copies of educational documents (Degrees, Certificates, Transcripts/DMCs)

    • Experience certificates

    • Domicile

    • CNIC

    • One recent photograph

    • Original bank deposit slip
      Applications must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 08-12-2025.

  2. Age, qualification, experience, and all supporting documents will be considered as per the closing date of the application.

  3. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected without intimation.

  4. Fresh appointments will be made on CP Fund basis.

  5. A CGPA of 3.00/4.00 will be treated as First Division.

  6. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be called for test/demo/interview.

  7. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel and provide NOC from their current employer.

  8. Age relaxation will be granted as per Government rules on a case-to-case basis.

  9. Any false or fake information/document found at any stage will result in immediate disqualification.

  10. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, cancel/not fill any position, or re-advertise without assigning any reason.

  11. Application processing fee of Rs. 3000 (non-refundable) must be deposited in the University’s bank account. The original receipt must be attached with the application.
