JOB OPPORTUNITY

Shuhada-e-Army Public School University of Technology Nowshera invites online applications from eligible candidates of KP to fill the following positions on regular basis and on contract basis.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING FOR TEST:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials mentioned in the submitted online application. The screening test will be carried out by the Appointing Authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified.
2. All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website (www.etea.edu.pk) to apply online. After creating the profile and before depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA website and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, candidates will not be able to apply.
3. Upon successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip containing the candidate’s token number, project code, and personal information will be generated.
4. Candidates are required to deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa app, Easypaisa agent, or any branch of UBL Bank using the generated deposit slip.
5. The original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp must be retained by the candidate at all times and must not be shared with any third party.
6. After submission of the online application, candidates are not required to send any documents or testimonials to the ETEA office.
7. The online application form shall be available from 13th July, 2026 and the last date for submission of applications is 31st July, 2026.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates must not provide ported/converted mobile numbers.
9. No separate Call Letter will be issued by post or courier for the screening test.

Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

PROCEDURE FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES AFTER ETEA TEST:

1. Those Candidates who score 50% or more marks in the ETEA test shall be eligible to submit their filled and signed application form available on the university website (www.uotnowshera.edu.pk/careers) along with attested copies of educational testimonials i-e Degree/ certificates, Transcript/DMCs, Experience certificates, Domicile, CNIC, one recent photograph, along with a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- deposited in the University Bank Account (Bank of Khyber, Account No. PK68BYHB104001300160087, Account Title: Vice Chancellor University of Technology Nowshera) within 15 days of the result.
2. All information and documents shall be submitted within the 15 days after declaration of test result, must include online application form for ETEA test (i). No additional claim, record, or document after the deadline shall be entertained at any subsequent stage.
3. Eligibility shall be reckoned in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications for the ETEA test (31st July, 2026).
4. Only shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for demo/Interview.
5. Incomplete applications, or applications submitted with fake documents/ information, shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
6. Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies shall apply through proper channel and provide NOC from their current employer.
7. Age Relaxation will be given in light of Government Rules on case to case basis.
8. The University reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process, or increase/decrease the number of positions, or cancel or re advertise these positions at any stage without assigning any reason.
9. Regular Appointments must be made on CP Fund basis.
10. For Admin Position 3.0 out of 4.0 CGPA will be considered as 1st Division. Degrees from foreign universities must have HEC/IBCC equivalence certificates. Non-English documents must include an officially verified English translation.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
12. Any errors in the advertisement are liable for the rectification by the University.
13. Candidates are required to visit university website regularly for updates.
