HIRING ANNOUNCEMENT

The office of the Deputy Director Fisheries, Shrimp Research, and Training Center, Muzaffargarh, invites applications for the hiring of contingent-paid employees under the Development Project "Aquaculture: Shrimp Farming in Punjab". The positions are available for tasks related to the establishment of shrimp farms on 400 acres on a Daily Wages/Contingent Basis for a period of 89 days during the current financial year 2024-25.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Walk-in Interview:
    Interested candidates are required to visit the office of the Deputy Director Fisheries, Shrimp Research & Training Center, Muzaffargarh (Near Fazal Cloth Mills, Muzaffargarh) on 31.12.2024 at 10:00 AM with all necessary documents (original and copies).

  2. Employment Duration:

    • Successful candidates will be hired for an initial period of 89 days.
    • The employment period may be extended for another 89 days based on satisfactory performance, up to the end of the financial year (30.06.2025).
    • No fresh advertisement will be published for extensions.

  3. Eligibility Criteria:

    • Applicants must hold domicile of Punjab Province.
    • Preference will be given to local candidates from District Muzaffargarh.

  4. Terms of Employment:

    • Employment on a daily wages/contingent basis does not confer any right to regularization or contract-based employment.
    • Appointments will not be regularized under any circumstances.
    • Candidates cannot pursue legal action regarding hiring, firing, or further employment.

  5. Changes to Posts:

    • The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts without prior notice.

  6. Interview Policy:

    • No TA/DA will be provided for the interview process.
