The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and experienced professionals for the position of Director General (HR & Admin).
This senior leadership role carries significant responsibility for managing Human Resources, administration, and organizational development functions in alignment with OPF’s mission to serve Overseas Pakistanis and their families. The ideal candidate must possess proven leadership ability, strong analytical capability, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of government procedures and modern HR best practices.
Minimum 16 years of education in:
Business Education
Public Administration
Management Sciences
International Relations
Administrative Sciences
Or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university
Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
At least 5 years must be in a senior management role.
Demonstrated relevant experience in well-known organizations, preferably with a commercial or welfare orientation.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work closely with the OPF Board of Governors.
Capacity to develop and articulate strategic direction.
Competence in evaluating potential outcomes and ensuring effective implementation with a strong focus on performance and delivery.
Must be under 55 years of age as of the closing date for application submission.

The candidate must meet the “Fit and Proper Criteria” as outlined in Schedule-IV of the SOEs Act, 2023.
Appointment will be made in accordance with applicable laws, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
The selected candidate will be offered a performance-based contract for three (03) years.
The position is based in Islamabad.
Qualified and experienced expatriate Pakistanis may also apply.
